Yardbeast 2.5” Wood Chipper is a residential grade dedicated wood chipper. It chops up to 2.5”. It is perfect for light to medium duty. Ideal for properties with extended gardens and different sites of operation. Is designed for chipping solely branches and branches with leaves attached.
This unit is powered by the 277cc Kohler CH395 engine. Includes a Centrifugal Clutch which makes it easy to start and also provides solid shock load protection to the engine. The gasoline engine provides maximum performance, high quality and efficient, dependable power for the most demanding applications!
It is a very compact unit and is fabricated from thick gauge steel up to ¼”. Besides, the design makes it very convenient – with the gooseneck discharge you can deposit the branches in trash bins without any trouble. The wagon tow design makes it extremely easy to move the chipper from one job to another.

It’s worked fine. Easy to work on. Starts easy & has been able to handle everything we’ve run through it, even wet stuff. Robust build, really strong. Worth the money.

This machine is exactly what we were looking for to demolish oak leaves and bush trimmings. The only issue is the discharge chute but otherwise we are very happy with the solid construction of the item and the performance. The chute does clog easily but it is not enough to take away from how happy we are with the product.
