Owner Guides:
Bangbanjo –
The unit is not as big as a professional unit but has the power of some. This easily fits in my small shed. It has power for days and has so far chipped everything I have put in it. The branch chute is large enough to allow access but be safe. The bright yellow color makes it stand out. So far I am quite happy with the unit. It cranked on the second pull. It is heavy so be careful when trying to move it.

JC the engineer –
My son and I share this chipper, as we both have a lot of trees. We have about 5 hours of operation with it so far, and so far, all is good. Assembly was straightforward with no parts missing or damaged in shipment. What we like so far: Construction of the unit is good with important minor details like self-locking nuts on fasteners. The engine starts easily and controls are easy to use, even with gloves. The chip bag works very well and is about the right size to remove and dump (not too heavy when full or too small for efficient work). The wheels are large enough for the average “back yard” terrain. Once you get used to how to feed various things, the machine works well. What I think could be improved: In spite of the thoughtful provision of a small funnel for oil fill, the dipstick and oil fill is the worst part of the design. This deserves a long dipstick and fill tube for better access. The critical nature of proper oil fill is endangered by the difficulty of viewing the oil level on the stick. Tips for use: Do not try to feed the chipper side with any limbs not fully trimmed or the limb/log will likely jam. To clear the jam usually requires complete machine shut-down, feed cone removal, with the associated time penalty. Feed the shredder slowly, not in bulk. Give small branches some momentum when you put them in and they usually will go through nicely. Overall, we are well-satisfied with the condition, design, and function of this chipper. Our confidence will hopefully grow with more hours of usage.
