It features a powerful 14.5 HP (603cc) v-twin electric start Kawasaki engine, two 16″ pneumatic sealant filled tires, two heavy-duty swinging blades, and a convenient single-point height adjustment with cutting range from 3” – 7”.
The new articulating hitch with 2 in. ball coupler offers more durable construction, infinite adjustment and tool-free offset adjustment. The hitch base spring pin can be locked open and the hitch can freely rotate and lay over the mowing deck, reducing storage space. The remote operator control console lets you safely engage and disengage from a distance.
The relocated battery and solenoid keeps them protected from elements and potential damage. Enjoy tool-free access to battery, solenoid and wiring.

The delivery was fast and free, I had it shipped to the Store with in 5-min. I was strapping it down, it was in a crate no damage, The Swisher Commercial Pro 44 is a BEAST it will cut what it said it would, whatever my side by side (UTV) will drive over this sucker will cut it no problem, it said it will cut up to 3″ it will no problem, I have used it cutting the under brush at the house really made the place look better, I take it to the deer lease and mowed my hunting spots and my buddy’s spots, I can mowed where tractors could not go, starts easy and runs great, I really like it so far no problems , Thank you Claveberg for a great price.

This machine is a beast! I cannot believe how quiet it is for such a powerful machine. I cut 7 acres like it was butter – with lots of picker bushes and other brush. It is easy to start, well built machine. I love it.

My Ranger UTV towed this unit easily. The offset hitch settings were simple to set up for towing and the leveling bar was effortless. The only glitch was lowering the deck completely, as the frame held up on the mower deck.

The more does everything I wanted it to. Cut down tall weeds and doesn’t bog down the motor at all. Just remember it’s a brush hog not a finish mower.

This is a great product. We have had it a few weeks now. Sturdy rugged construction. Easy to adjust to your hitch height and uses a standard 2″ inch ball hitch. Key start makes it easy to start (started on first turn of the key.) The key start and remote make it easy to cut it off while traveling to a new cut path which conserves gas. I found the when the gas runs out usually coincides perfectly with needing a break from riding. We pull this mower with a UTV (side by side) and find if we can run over it with the UTV the mower will cut it with no problem. Great for those tricky areas. We had a thick briar patch that was overgrown in a path. We offset the mower (to the passenger side) and in 15 mintues we had an 8ft tall 15ft wide briar patch mulched down. This would took hours with by hand and would have been painful. We are using this in our pines stands to keep volunteers down during the spring growth spurt and it does not damage the pine straw beds. After much debate on making the purchase we are only sad we didn’t do it sooner. This is well worth the investment for us because it has cut our labor time from days to done before lunch on several projects.
