Absolutely love this beast of a chipper, though 5.75 capacity is a bit of a stretch. What’s stopping the 5th star is the hour meter wire connection broke at 4.4 hours, poor design. The T handle wrench broke on the fist nut while changing the blades, not even close to doing the job. Why the manufacturer stopped short on quality where the rest of the unit is of high quality? Like I said I love this beast as I have been working it hard and have been very impressed. Unfortunately I’m off to the hardware store to purchase a tool for the blade removal.

Quite heavy to move around, but heavy duty shutes makes the unit durable. The Koehler engine starts right up. The blades are 2 sided and very easy to get to change or sharpen. Has a very good thoughtful design on the machine, chewing up 4” branches is a stretch. But the wide shute eats up brush

This chipper is powerful. So far I have had no problem with it chipping whatever I put in it. One time it clogged with pine needles, but it is so easy to access the blade and chute with the hinged connections that this is not a big deal, and was easily cleared. The service from Power King has been great. On assembly, one of the bolts provided was too short, but they got me running again while they sent a replacement bolt. The second issue I had was the safety shutoff falling off. Once again they sent one out right away, and it was easy to replace. My only criticisms are these: First, it is loud. Second, it seems to vibrate quite a bit. The zerks are easy to access and I would also follow their suggestion to grease these prior to each use. The electric start and hour meter are nice features, but I wish the manual for the motor was better.
